This hotel was the best, especially the staff was very friendly and the buffet was delicious and I recommend the food manager, volleyball boy, animation team, cooker. room was amazing and the pool was great and my family really enjoyed it. now this hotel is literally best for a family to enjoy and have fun!

Don't be fooled by the first impression you get when you enter the hotel. The swimming pool is really big, the rooms are good, the meal is good (these days you don't get many options but I hope that's because of the crisis). Worth the money.

The restaurant had excellent customer service, with a clean and tidy dining room. The menu had a good variety of food options. The pool was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist, Angela, and F.

During our brief stay, we found the rooms to be cozy and tidy. The room service was excellent and there were external amenities available such as floating, table tennis, and a children's playground. The large pool was safe for children, even those under 5 years old. The dining experience was above average, meeting our expectations, as always. However, the beach was not well maintained by the hotel and they could improve their focus on the environment.

Great hotel! The food was incredible, the service was wonderful. It was my birthday and they upgraded me to a villa with a sea view. The staff even surprised me at midnight, which was such a memorable gesture. I will definitely return to this place whenever I am in Negombo.
