Loop And Cafe - Negombo

Its a hopeless food but chock-let moose is ok. poor service. no greeting or hi for the customers. cake is not up to standard. taste is not nice at all but looking good. P&S better than this loops (Negombo Road mahabage) think twice before you visit.

I've not been here for dinner yet. But I've come for lunch multiple times. The food here is freshly prepared and served in massive portions. It's quite nice. Quality has been high every time that I've come. No complains on food. But they are as consistent they are with their food as they are with their service, which is mediocre at best. If they up their service this would be a 5 point review for a middle/high quality restaurant.
