We wanted to cancel an order directly with the restaurant which we had arranged via home delivery. However, the restaurant indicated that this was only possible through home delivery. We have decided not to cancel an order via home delivery due to the hassle. After contacting the restaurant by telephone after waiting 2 hours, it turned out that the restaurant itself had already canceled our order. They were still able to prepare the order, but we didn't have to do that anymore. What was our surprise?
