The DJ was amazing so I give for her a star. The food was worse than a precooked food from a really cheap store and the costumer service was extremely poor! Rude and super unhappy staff!

I reserved a table for two people for dining two weeks upfront and upon arriving on time we had to wait in a line (we werent the only reservation they didnt keep that evening). After approximately half an hour of waiting they sat us at...a table with a bank on one side but no chair on the other. So we couldnt eat at that small table sitting side by side. We called for the manager several times and he came much later but couldnt do anything for us. After waiting there for an hour for seating and a chair, we gave up and walked out of there. I used to visit this place often but now i am so disappointed i will not come again.

I visited Old F. in December during the weekend with a group of friends. It wasn’t the first time for me, Old F. was a nice place from previous experiences food and drinks). But during my last visit, I was shocked from how I...was treated from the staff especially the waiter. The night was busy, so we asked to be seated as soon as it was possible and in the meantime we ordered drinks and cocktails 5 people). I saw a free table and took place we were waiting since more than 1 hour standing when the waiter came with an arrogant attitude and he told me to stand up because the table was assigned to a client who came at the last minute and he told me “ well this table is for a client who just paid around CHF 650 for a bottle of champagne”. I tried to report this attitude to the manager behind the bar, who didn’t care at all. I was shocked, not because of the table, but because if this tasteless answer from the waiter. There are thousand ways to talk to a client and this is not for sure acceptable. A bill of 200 or 600, doesn’t give your staff any right to treat your clients this way.

Der freundliche, zuvorkommende Service hat uns am Anfang etwas irritiert, denn das kennt man fast nicht mehr in Zürich. Hier findet man ihn noch! Von den Preisen in der Speisekarte wurden wir genauso überrascht. Hier bekommt man tatsächlich eine Bratwurst mit Kartoffelsalat für Fr. 19.-! Und dies mitten in Zürich. Das Lokal ist stilvoll, gemütlich, leider etwas laut.
