Siuuuuper great fast friendly staff. And the security was very helpful and neat
Location is nice and modern. I wanted to change something up on the menu because I didn 't want any cheese or bacon on my burger. The lady probably didn 't understand me and I then said I 'd just have the vegi burger. I was then served the normal burger with bacon and cheese with the black burger bun from the Vegi Burger. The lady was quite unfriendly and claimed I had ordered the normal burger. At the end she offered us a coffee as an apology, but in the end they added CHF 10 extra to our bill for the kitchen open area. At the end the lady said to me 'nobody understood you ' and I didn 't speak to anyone other than herself. Very disappointing, I won 't come back again.
So if you know the waiter you can get a seat straight away without waiting, the others can wait over 30 minutes for a table... very roughly when we mentioned this they just said yes, that's just how it is... so you'd better go Miss Miu there everyone is treated the same without any extra favoritism or hiltle roof terrace or a few meters further there are some better places where everyone is treated equally, no matter where you come from or what you look like or who you are... it's a shame that things like that still exist...
Equal rights? NO not at Loft five!! I called first to see if there were still places available for drinks, they said yes, but you would have to wait in line but the queue wouldn 't be too long. Me and my colleague stood there and waited. 2 guys came after us, the waiter had already seated the 2 guys opposite, even though we were in front of them. Is it normal and fair, even if they are colleagues, that the two guys get a seat before us or what? We spoke to the waiter, he was rude and said it wasn 't his problem. Even the bouncer said “that’s just how it is.” It 's a shame, we would like to be here but if staff are not customer friendly and only their colleagues are more important, they will lose customers.
