Bidrage med feedbackWe were visiting Zurich for the new years weekend from London and were excited to dine here on a Friday (at 5:45pm, without reservation). We were offered a table for two in the middle of the restaurant on the second floor. We requested if the table could be moved near the windows; but were told unfortunately that they had reservations for the duration of our dinner. We noted that there quite a few tables near the windows still open throughout our dinner and until we left (around 7pm). We ordered a mushroom stroganoff and a potato rosti with grilled vegetables. The rosti was fantastic, so were the choices of cocktails (especially Italian 75). The mushroom stroganoff had too much rice and was overly salty. The waiter was kind enough to remove the charge on one of our drinks due to the disappointing dish. Overall, the restaurant has a fantastic choice of vegetarian food. We probably won’t come back due to the service and the quality of food, compared to the price.
The world's first vegetarian restaurant really deserves its reputation. The overall atmosphere is great and the service attitude is excellent. It's completely worthy of its price. There are many vegetarian options here, you can eat a variety of different vegetarian dishes, and the burgers are also recommended. Finally, the desserts are also highly recommended. If you come to Switzerland and have enough budget, it is one of the restaurant choices that you will definitely recommend. ! The world's first vegetarian restaurant indeed lives up to its reputation. The overall atmosphere is excellent, and the service is outstanding, truly justifying its price. There is a diverse selection of vegetarian options, allowing you to savor various plant-based dishes. The burgers are highly recommended as well. Lastly, the desserts are truly a delight. If your budget allows, this is definitely one of the recommended restaurant choices when in Switzerland!
We came to Hiltl with friends visiting from another city. The food was really fine, but the waiter attitude was awful… we were served by Tania and I can say that she nearly ruined our evening. Very unpleasant and cocky.
At most visit in zürich we make from genève a way to lunch. it's always so good.
It has a lot of variety and delicious products. But it is very expensive.
