Phils' Burger - Zossen

We are very disappointed,we ordered our food at 20:00. In the confirmation e-mail stood the delivery time of 60 minutes. We got our food 22:05.We had asked after 1 hour and 20 minutes where the food stays and the answer came:We have a lot to do it still takes 30min.Even 30min later the food was not there.This I find a huge naughty and must not happen in the sense of customer satisfaction! Then orders must be rejected if you do not get it logistically!
