Had to taste these at the VH Summer celebration. My rib tips were excellent, very meaty, and juicy, with just the right amount of burnt ends. Perfect! My husband 's order was dry, not so juicy but still very tasty. There were issues with the creditcard machine, which seemed to have more of their attention rather than the customers waiting on line to place their orders. Made for a bit of a tense wait staff. We 'll be heading to Zion to give the restaurant a try. Looking forward to an excellent experience ?.
