We recently visited this hotel on the way from Italy to Great Britain. We were so happy with our choice. It was clean, important security regarding the problem Covid-19. The staff was charming, friendly and helpful with information. The room was spacious, very clean... and the bed was so comfortable. The shower is excellent. We booked a dinner at the restaurant. We had a solid menu meal that was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing... a wide selection of eggs, cold meat, cheese, fresh bread, cakes, croissants, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, jam, coffee and tea. The best we cost. Great value for money. We look forward to our next visit.
We were looking for an authentic but not too rustic menu offer. we found this and more! every cure offered an explosion of aromen. we have already tried to recruit the sour wort on the toast. the Fois-Gras, we have to come back for that!
This hotel and restaurant lived up to the recommendation we received from a friend who has lived in France for many years, the best meal we had in Alsace . Friendly, bustling attention from a charming server, an unpretentious decor and an expert chef who...quietly looked in from a distance, obviously interested in his customers satisfaction. We had fresh white asparagus, now in full season, with sauce mousseline, the supreme de vollaille for me and cotes d 'agneau for my friend. The meats were Perfectly cooked with lovely fresh herbs and interesting seasoning, good sauces with wonderful fresh bread to swipe the plate. Pretty presentation, immaculate table. Dessert was a trio of the best creme brûlée I have ever tasted, pistachio ,strawberry and vanilla. Truly a place to note. The modest appearance of the hotel, lack of curb appeal gives no hint of the incredible view and top notch service. Loved it!
