Bidrage med feedbackOne day had lunch here during a ski tour in februar 2020 and it was nice to get away from the masses on the main mountain. the place was very busy when we went (mid-day) but we managed to get a table (prepared...to share) the prices are cheaper than the most important mountain restaurants and the quality good and the skidoo trail was a novelty, although they can wait a little during the busy times. as someone else mentioned, they take their skis to the restaurant to save a walk back to the skidoo pick-up point. overall a trip would recommend there.
How fantastic is this place???? Very. Our lovely ski instructor took us there for much. The ski down there is just lovely and easy for beginners like us..the food is wonderful and the service is very good. The views....AMAZING...and the trip back up to the...top is rally good fun...a must see.
We booked on the morning for lunch on the same day for 7 people at 1.30 3 of our group by 1.00 clock and said that our table was given away. the rest of us came around 1.25 (two of the party. were very rudely spoken when they turned off the piste on the way to the pinzgauer. none of our party was offered to drink something, given a menu, or even recognized. we were ignored for the next half hour. then a waiter spoke with a father and child at the table next to us, in German. they told them it was only suppe and hühnernuggets left. we were still ignored. the vater kindly told us that this was all available. we cut our losses. managed to get back to the second and third snowmobile rides to the sessellift. martin at the SchnapsHans-Alm saved our day and gave us a fantastic lunch with great service.
