I have been hesitant to write a review for ETO for a long time. My wife and I have always acknowledged that the food is usually not great, but we have continued to go there for lunch because the wait staff are friendly and it is conveniently located near our workplace. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. We requested to have our meals served together, but the waitress refused, citing the longer cooking time for the meat dish. We decided to forego the meat dish, but were surprised when our food arrived at our table at the same time. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was subpar, with the lasagna being particularly dry and tasteless. Additionally, we noticed that the management always seemed to prioritize themselves, occupying the best tables for their administrative work even when the cafe was busy. The supervisor did not assist the wait staff, leaving customers waiting while the employees scrambled to keep up. Furthermore, we observed staff members smoking around the corner, making it difficult to find someone for service. While the interior of the cafe is aesthetically pleasing and the location is convenient, we feel that ETO prioritizes appearance over customer satisfaction, especially in terms of food quality. It is disappointing that a cafe with the potential to improve neglects the needs of its patrons. It is puzzling to us how ETO cafe can be rated the 3rd best restaurant in Zelenograd, as there are surely better and more affordable options with superior service and tastier cuisine.

This restaurant is fantastic. The service, food, and ambiance are all excellent.

Something we are not happy to visit this caffeine. very long there were not the portions huge. prices are quite sufficient. tee 700 ml approx. 300 rubles. carbonara is delicious, but drowned in the sauce. in the lasagna sauce not set, and it was dry! ananastee is delicious, but sweet! the menu does not say that, and the way we love tee without sugar was a little surprised!

Favorite cafe in Zelenograd in terms of price-quality ratio. The waiters here are a separate topic: they are all young and often very pleasant and charming. Recently, we have hit upon such young people who find it difficult not to leave a tip) In terms of food: almost everything that I have tasted is very tasty. I would also like to mention banana pie (150 rubles), pancakes with chicken and mushrooms, mushroom soup, fries with tartar sauce, club sandwich, dumplings. Delicious cappuccino is always here. I will come again and again.
