Buena Brasa - Zaratan

We are staying in Valladold on way to Bilbao for ferry home. Unfortunately the hotel chain we use frequently and have eaten in often at night did not say that their facilities were being updated and their restaurant was a building site. Gratefully we arrived mid afternoon so had time to explore the area. Many local sites within a 15 mins walk according to Google were no longer there. We explored further and checked them out. Not for us. Then we found this gem of a restaurant. BUENA BRASA Ctra.deZaratian,Km 2 Valladolid. Open 12:0_18:00 then 20:30+ on some days need to check! QWe got there at 5:30 and the car park was full we thought we'd come to the wrong place! We went in and the place was heaving. We looked at the menu and reserved a table. It was fabulous everything is authentic and cooked to order. All sauces and dessert are made in house. My husband and I each had an Entrecote steak, cooked to the perfect way we very differently enjoy steak.I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly, from its great food great ambience but most of all for the great service you get from all you meet. Muy caro para lo que comimos ,una ensalada de ventresca ,ocho croquetas y una chuleta para dos ,la chuleta tampoco era una carne especial ,un postre de arroz con leche y dos cafés .

Sitio espectacular, si te gusta la buena carne es el mejor sitio sin duda alguna, la atencion y el esmero que le ponen es de 10!! Recomendable 100x100

Sitio excelente. Muy buen trato, la comida estaba buenísima. El menú de día calidad precio está fenomenal. Una experiencia muy recomendable.
