No wonder Japanese restaurant. One of the best in town! When we only had Hanazono, ATOA and Skypark as the only options for Japanese food, Samurai was a welcome addition that made Japanese food more accessible. After almost 8 years of her opening and as the only option I knew, Pork Katsudon was, I had to try her offers again. Their tiny space has expanded and seemed to double, making it a more comfortable culinary experience. We had Ebi tempura, gyoza and california maki. The servicings were as large as they were before (you did not get 8 large-format mais from your usual Japanese restaurant). Everything tasted great, but the side salad was far from authentic. The prices were as expected, but given the serving sizes it was worth well.

The food is worth the price. The place is also nice and kind of privy. The staff are generally accommodating.
