I cannot describe how beautiful the food and the atmosphere in La Rocca della Rosa was. The owner and her daughter are very elegant ladies who provide the best service you could expect in any agriturismo bed and breakfast. They are very well mannered, and you would expect such pleasant service only in the best michelin restaurants of the world. The food was simply excellent. A fixed menu comprised of starters (try not to eat all of it or you will not be able to eat the rest of the dinner meals! , two first courses (pasta , two main courses (meat or fish with sides (salads, potatoes or other local food and desert. All this followed by coffee and amaro (digestive drinks limoncello etc . Wine throughout. The villa is an 1800 villa, and it is full of character. We took beautiful pictures there. We wish we had stayed there overnight instead of in our hotel. Lovely place, lovely food and all for 25 euros. We could not bring ourselves to pay so little for such good quality food and service. Simply THE BEST MEAL WE HAD in 10 days in Sicily.

We really enjoyed our stay and Maria made us feel extremely welcome. The accommodation was spacious and suited us perfectly. The pool and surroundings were very good and the food was consistently delicious. Thank you!

Our party of 8 spent 2 nights at this lovely agriturismo at the tail end of our 13 day trip to Sicily. While the rooms are very rustic, especially those in the main house, the grounds are really lovely. Our host Aldo was a real charmer and his English is better than he thinks! And the entire family fell head over heels in love with Antonella. She is so warm and lovely, and the food she prepared for our family was truly some of the best we had during our stay in Sicily. We especially loved the two cakes she baked for our breakfast and her cannolo was just divine.
