Mcdonald's - Yuma

This place has the worst customer service out of any McDonald's I've ever been to. Not only the workers but also the management. They are rude and not wanting to help make you enjoy yourself while eating. I would recommend going to another McDonald's

One item I ordered was wrong, but I called spoke to a manager he immediately apologized offered to make up for it. I tried to decline his offer. I just wanted him to know a mistake was made, but he insisted.

Half of my burger was raw. So short staffed couldn't get to anyone to talk to about it. There is no excuse for burger to be uncooked.
