Alfredo's Mexican Cafe - Yukon

Pretty nice place on the inside. The food was ok though they give you a very big portion for the price. The salsa is mediocre unless you ask for the spicy salsa. That salsa is on fire, very tasty. I wish the food matched the quality of that salsa. The service, the salsa and the staff made it 4 stars otherwise it would have been 3 based on just the food. Portion size, for me, is not relevant, quality and taste are priority. Plenty of pork free and gluten free options. A bit difficult to do keto though it can be done. The chips are super thin so if your are on keto you can have a few more.

First time and we were impressed. We love that they give you queso with your salsa! It was better than most places I’ve tried. I didn’t like the salsa. It was too sweet. But the hot salsa was amazing thanks to the lady who asked if we wanted any. Our waiter was nice but he got my order wrong. I asked for shrimp twice and he gave me fajita chicken which the chicken tasted like it has grisle ALL THROUGHOUT each piece. We paid for what you see in the photos $39.15! That’s amazing considering all of the food we got! Be sure to ask for their salsa verde because it was amazing. The beef enchiladas were plain and had 0 seasoning but when you add the salsa and quedo it was good. Their sweet tea was on point compared to Chick Fil As. Their tap water tasted fresh. Everyone was so friendly, the food was fresh and there was SO MUCH OF IT, we had to get to go boxes. It’s definitely our new favorite spot so far for Mexican cuisine.

Great meal! Loved the Baracha beans and my tacos. The service was great, the food came out so fast even our queso was happy!

This place is not good. Dry and unseasoned meat. The salsa is sweet, not hot at all. Won't be back until they learn about salt and pepper, at the very least. The bottled beer was good so you got 1 star for that. Everything else was pretty trash, couldn't eat it. Take hints from the lack of cars in the parking lot!

Fast, friendly service in a nice low key traditional style dining room. The food was excellent, seemed very fresh very well prepared. They make their own tortillas in-house, which is always a nice touch. The portions are very generous at very reasonable prices in today’s inflationary market.
