My relatives live in St. Petersburg in Kupchino and we decided to celebrate our sister and my birthdays together with my niece in a restaurant located closer to them, and we settled on Shirvan, which we did not regret at all! Since the large hall was occupied for the event, we sat on the sun-filled veranda. We were served by a pleasant, very attentive waiter Vusal, for which we thank him very much. At our request, he agreed with the chefs to prepare lamb ribs (sometimes called “lamb seeds” and advised us to take “Grandma’s Cellar” pickles with them (the most delicious in it turned out to be wild garlic , we also ordered lavash, vegetable shish kebab (a fairy tale! , French fries, steamed salmon, coffee, a kettle of wild berries tea. Everything was incredibly tasty, made from the freshest ingredients, the portions were large and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed our stay in Shirvan and the excellent service. The only caveat of staying on the veranda is that to get to the toilet you have to go outside and climb the stairs to the restaurant building, but this did not at all affect our overall opinion of the restaurant. If we have the opportunity, we'll come back here again! The prices are very reasonable, there is a 10% discount on your birthday. I recommend visiting.

Good afternoon Yesterday, 08/12/23, at about 7 p.m., my wife and I visited your restaurant again. We are long time visitors and have no particular complaints about the menu or service. Until yesterday. Yesterday my wife and I came in a good mood to celebrate a family event, ordered all sorts of goodies, cognacs (6,000 rubles in total) and began to wait. There were no complaints about the appetizers and salads, everything was very tasty, but the pork neck kebab... It was impossible to eat everything out of three servings solid veins, they remained on the plate. It doesn't look like it was neck meat; there's no telling what kind of meat it was!!! Apparently the chef decided to save money on us! They called the waiter and asked to call the cook to us so that he could see for himself the quality of his dish, apologize and somehow compensate for moral and material damage. But that was not the case: neither the cook nor the administrator deigned to come down to us (we celebrated on the summer veranda). Our evening was ruined and we left. Naturally, after such an attitude, the question arises is the restaurant administration really that interested in its regular customers and, moreover, in protecting and satisfying their interests?! We think that other visitors should also think about whether it is necessary to visit a restaurant at all, where they will feed you low quality meat for their own money, ruin your festive mood, and even not even think about apologizing. Apparently, the restaurant administration does not particularly value the reputation of their establishment! In any case, my wife and I have made our conclusion and will convey it to all our friends! The first time we were at the Shirvan restaurant, we ordered pork shish kebab and lula kebab. We waited a long time for the order, as a result, it was impossible to eat the over-salted kebab, and the lula kebab was plastic, the employees heated it together with the plastic container in which they store the preparations. The employees did not apologize, and they charged us money for the lula kebab (we returned it). This was the first and last visit, I do not recommend it to friends.
