I feel compelled to write this even though this is a local business and don 't like to **** in my own bed. But, this needs to be said: Mid day 12/28/2019 visited las Fuentes for drinks and apps. I Ordered the shrimp cocktail to share with my partner for starters. We both (wife and I) agreed the shrimp smelt off. Not a bacterial ammonia smell but maybe the vessel the shrimp are sitting in, in the kitchen has old shrimp juice or something related. Not sure. It was funky and we reluctantly sent it back. Bummer cuz I love there shrimp cocktail and Mexican shrimp cocktail in general. Was really looking forward to digging in. I 've had it many times before. The server took it back to the kitchen. Then, The manager told the bartender to tell us the shrimp is fine. First of all, it put her in a uncomfortable position, second it shouldn 't have been said. I can tell she was uncomfortable. Make something else and move on. He made it a point to visit me at our table after the server told me, and smugly told me I was wrong, as if Im ignorant on how shrimp should smell or taste. he said he tasted the shrimp and they are fine and walked away. You have some Really poor management/ customer relations. My wife and I aren 't stupid and that 's how I felt we were treated that day. Unfortunately, you are local and a convenient bar but this left a bad taste in my mouth and we won 't be returning to your establishment. And given that this business has never commented on any review, it shows that customer feedback is not really a priority. Sadly

Imagine this. fathers day. getting ready for dinner. we picked up 3 orders of veggie fajitas with high hopes. we got home from picking up the order to realize how poorly packaged everything was-salsa and sour cream all over the bag. little did we know that this would be the first of many disappointments. we open the boxes to find the fajitas. we sucked it up and decided to eat it. despite the awful appearance. we sit down to eat and CRUNCH. these veggies weren't even cooked! we all fight for the salt shaker and dump as much as we can on our veggies due to the lack of flavor. we try the guacamole to see if it'll fix it. it doesn't. plus there isn't nearly enough guac for all the veggies we were given. okay how about the chips? we are disappointed to see only ONE tiny bag and an even smaller salsa. not to mention the hefty $16 per order. need I say that we'll never eat here again? look at these photos and you'll get it. I see that you guys don't respond to reviews...so I will be printing this out and leaving it on your front door to ensure i didn't waste my time writing.

We're going to try this tonight and give it a chance... however I am concerned that they don't respond to critics and complaints .... so we will see hoping its good , but have heard many negative comments .....
