Panda Express - Yuba City

They are always out of food, like every time I go there. we're away from it, it'll take 15 minutes. eating is decent, but the service is not great. if they take their order, do they constantly ask you something else? , not in a way that sounds like they're trying to help more in a way they're trying to push them. not really a fan of this type of service and will spend my money elsewhere.

Great place to enjoyable eat great area love this scenery love the scenery atmosphere cleanliness bathroom are well kept enjoyable just awesome. Food is great love the food nice and hot just awesome love dine in regardless of the wait just service is also great thank you for the experience and it surroundings area

We were visiting family and Panda Express was an easy choice to satisfy a number of different preference. Ordered through the app and only received half of the order. : We called Panda Express and staff was deeply apologetic and tried their best to make it right. Unfortunately the easiest option to give a store credit) would t have worked for us because we're not local. But one staff member didn't catch her name but she was amazing) went above and beyond to get us our food when DoorDash opted to not send another Dasher to pick up the food. Food was reliably Panda Express but the service is what sets this location apart from other Pandas.

They say that one store is the same as the next because they are cookie cutter stores. I can testify that it isn't so. This one here in Yuba is one of, if not THE best I have eaten at and taken home from. I love Chinese/Asian, but! There are times when a wait for a meal to be prepped and cooked just doesn't cutting it. That's when Panda Express came in for me. But for a fast food experience this is on a different level. It has become a staple and a member of my happy to go to places. I enjoy the restricted menue because what items they give as a choice they do so well. Kung Pao chicken is my personal Fav' but the menu has expanded over the years to carry some really good and flavourful choices, just do yourself a favor and read the menu, try something else each time and you'll find your fav' too. Tie the good food up with a rapid line of cars, they have ordering and hustling you off and on your way with hot food to take home or just to eat in your car for a short lunch break. I enjoy eating in or taking home, I have yet to order out. Like I said it's a place that has a walk through service line that's fast, clean and tasty, worthy of 5 stars..

I was disappointed when I was asked a question by the employee with the long eyelashes and she questioned my answer. She was in such a rush to get us out of there she was rude during the process. She asked if we had anything else and I told her I was waiting for spring rolls. She rudely said they are in the bag. I informed her that there were egg rolls in the bag and the other employee was getting spring rolls. When I asked for soy sauce she was rude again and said it's already in there. When I arrived home I discovered she left out our 3rd item. I was extremely kind and it's frustrating to have to deal with an employee who so incredibly rude. Please teach her the importance of customer service or place her on your cook line so she doesn't treat people so poorly!
