The food is very good and reasonable. The staff is friendly and attentive. I've been there several times and always had a pleasant time. The atmosphere is also a friendly positive vibe. I will say, depending on the day and time, it could be a bit of a wait. However, it's worth it.Food: 5/5

Really torn on this place. We got 3 meals and it was very mixed reviews.The fried shrimp is beer battered, we were not expecting that and would have ordered something else if we had known. The greens and cornbread were not that great, flavorless. Mac and cheese was pretty bad no one ate more than a bite. Coleslaw was awesome, a different spin on it was good. Fries and onion rings were good, hard to go wrong there.Chicken had mixed reviews. One person really liked it. However, I was not a fan, especially since no legs were included. Party my fault for not asking I'm not a fan of fried chicken wings/thighs. The cold chicken breast the next day was actually pretty good, but only after most of the skin was removed.We might give it another try, but with different orders and not as meals. Pricing is a bit rich and it took around an hour to get our food.

The customer service here is terrible. I called ahead of time to place an order for pick-up, and whoever answered the phone asked me to call back in 15 minutes. I call again in 15 minutes he says the same thing, but then suggests that I come in to place my order, as that’d be much quicker. I finally decide to go to the restaurant to place my order (2 turkey chop dinners), and when I got to the window to order, someone asks if I placed already (which I had not). I told the guy I was placing, and he simply walks away without saying anything. I finally get my order placed, the guy tells me 25 minutes. I waited over an hour for two turkey chop dinners. Not to mention, “Victor” had a poor attitude when I brought up the extremely long wait

I ordered delivery and got the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, collards, and cornbread. Everything was delicious. I think the meatloaf was the best I've ever had — amazing.Food: 5/5

I don’t understand the negative reviews the wait is because your getting fresh food I would much rather wait for fresh food we’ve literally went two days in a row and each time the food was amazing the greens are my favorite the ribs are amazing my daughter loved the chicken she even let a few people try and each of them went with us the next day to get an order the customer service was great!!! Rather a wait or not I definitely recommend this place
