Fun place to go and meet new and old friends. Of course hitting jackpots and playing different games is fun. Cleaning people work hard. VLT people ..Sunny is a great girl, fast, friendly and good to people. Miss Rick Hoffman great guy always!

There enough that it feels like home.lol very nice workers . The waitresses are nice and the people doing the promos are too. I love going and highly recommend it to wanting a fun gambling experience. The food is good too and the workers are friendly.

I enjoy coming to this casino. The staff is friendly, the machines are fun, and they are taking extra cleaning measures.

My wife and I arrived at the restaurant on Thursday night at 6:15. The casino appeared to be closed due to a power outage, which we were not aware of. We waited in line for 45 minutes without any communication from casino staff about when or if they would be opening. When I called the casino the next morning to express my frustration, I was hung up on by a customer service representative, which was very unprofessional. I left a message for the general manager but have not heard back. At this time, I would not recommend Hollywood Casino. Instead, I plan to visit MGM in Cleveland or Mountaineer Casino and resort. Although Hollywood is conveniently located near my home in New Middletown, Ohio, I will not return if they continue to be unprofessional.

The security at this restaurant is laughable. A friend of mine was robbed there and their cameras failed to capture anything. No one witnessed the incident. This lack of security measures is unacceptable.
