Skybox Sports Hollywood Gaming Mahoning Valley

This was the worst experience we have had at Skybox. It is usually very good. We waited 25 minutes for a waitress to even ask about drinks. Even tho I had asked the hostesses 2 times if we had a waitress. The new setup with them taking out the tables in the restaurant for their club Saturday DJ I 'd a terrible idea just to seat diners out of the restaurant area. 2 thumbs down on this visit.

Love the SKYBOX! Filet Mignon's on Sunday at 2:30 were AMAZING!!! Our waitress is a real asset to your establishment. She knew EXACTLY what is expected of her to give the WOW factor to your guests!!! In fact, everyone from the ladies at front desk, to the server and the bartenders are at the top of their game!!! Kudos and hope to see you all soon!!!

I have always had excellent service and food. This visit was not good. My ribeye was burnt my husband had prime rib??? Looked and tasted like a roast. Tough and stringy.
