Best Pancakes. They're breakfast food is hands down the best around. Their non breakfast food is awful. Always have great service, very fast and friendly helpful staff. If you love pancakes or breakfast, this is the place for you!

New York cheesecake pancakes.... Amazing! No syrup needed. Everything was prepared properly, and tasted great. The staff was polite. I did have to ask for more sugar twice and would have had another cup of coffee (I drank 2 cups) if it were offered, or at least checked on by the waitress, but neither happened. It was still a good meal, reasonably priced, and a comfortable atmosphere.

Our family went to celebrate a special occasion it was great the service the food. No wait time

I’ve been to IHOP several times and I keep coming back because of their pancakes! Also, everything I’ve tried in there are freaking delicious!

I haven 't been here in 20 years. The service this time around was great. Our food was hot when we got it. My daughters 'winter time pancakes ' were super awesome and she 's hard to please. All in all we had a good experience!
