The 4 that were staffed did very well with the constant influx of guests, working together, keeping everything tidy as if they just opened even considering they were so close to clocking out. Very polite and friendly atmosphere. Dietary restrictions: Healthier options were available Kid-friendliness: Awesome staff, vibrant and bright interior
Everything was great. Friendly staff, super clean bathroom, clean interior/exterior and all the toppings looked fresh. Highly recommend.
The teen girls working behind the counter were more concerned with their own conversations than checking us out. I eventually had to explicitly ask the one at the register to ring my husband and I out while we were standing right there holding our froyo, then she acted like I was interrupting. The food was fine, but the attitude is going to make ColdStone much more tempting next time we have to make a choice.
Self service... so.... should I give myself 5 stars? My daughter recommended there. Said sure whatever but after seeing what it offers I very much enjoyed it. You don't have to order a pre made sundae. 10 or 15 flavors and 50 toppings. So just go!
The ladies were closing up. We showed up just before 9. They were so nice. We were going to leave because they were cleaning and getting ready to close up. They encouraged us to stay and enjoy. Dietary restrictions: Non dairy and gluten free
