Mcdonald's - Yorktown

Will never go here again.. went with my niece, nephew and their mom and one of the workers in the dining room rudely asked if they were my kids while their mom was in the bathroom because they were being a little hyper.. and he was saying how I shoulddiscipline my kids when in fact they are not my kids and i did tell them to calm down.. keep in mind that my 7 year old nephewis non verbal autistic special needs which I told the worker and he didn?t seem to care one bit, very unprofessional. I wouldrecommend no one else dine in at this location.. it was very upsetting.

Clean location, quick service. Cashier was having a bad day (or just plain rude). She snapped at an elderly man for not wanting to use the automated kiosk than slammed his drink cup onto the counter. This seems to be the new normal for fast food employeeseverywhere so who knows.

If I could give zero stars, I would. my cookies was dry! coffee always old no sugar or creamer . when I took it to get two new ones, she refused to make them again. we have two coffee caramel, extra with creamer. the staff was rude. has not smiled or something. we never come back here again. we eat mcdonalds every morning.

The crew wears her masks to her kinen and looks like you are difficult to ask her to pull her mask over her mouth and nose. as if we are not in a global pandemic and despite all the signs they have hung up, ourselves.

They get the order more often wrong than they get it right. they seem like a seven to go through the personal. usually a sign of bad administration. the personal is often confrontational and defensiw when there is something wrong instead of apologetic and service oriented. there are some people who have been there who have been really good in customer service and order properly, but from and to great we do not go there unless we are in a company because they are sure to get the word wrong. they always shorten the amount of the frits. I don't remember the last time I got boiled, golden brown pommes from there. fyi, mcflurries are only about 3/4 full when you get one and often the happy foods instead of the toy they are guaranteed to have extra food. that is by far the worst mcdonald’s in the opposite. Why do I go on? it's in half a mile of my house. muscle memory?
