California Sandwiches - York

Steak was a bit chewy. Veal and chicken were good. I ordered the veal medium in terms of spice, and it arrived sweet. Tiramisu was amazon. Olives are good. Fries are more like frozen fries than homemade. Portions are very large for the price.

Gave them a chance after multiple orders. Their toppings are crazy expensive and the last few times they have missed a couple of them. My husband and I both ordered cheese and neither of us got it.

Loved everything I got! First time customer. I got the veal and eggplant parm sandwich. The mini was a reasonable enough sized sandwich for one person. I got the sauce on the side and added it to the sandwich after it was delivered. The olives were great to pair with the sandwich. Fries were great also.

Chicken Sandwich had too much garlic, and 1 veal was spicy and ordered no spicy, also overall the quality of California sandwich went down over the last 5 years

Food was pretty good for the price. Super messy, but tasty. I'm a Californian and I have no idea why it's called California sandwiches. ?
