Waffle House - York

As far as Waffle House's go... this one is definitely high on my list. This place is amazingly good and the service is always fantastic. It seems the negative reviews are from millennials who feel a little entitled that momma is no longer feeding them milk directly from the “teet”. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went in on Friday night, and sat at the lower bar area. We were there for a good long while. The waiter looked at us and said be with you in just a minute. That was the last time he looked our way until a little while later when I asked if I can order something to drink. He kinda looked annoyed that I asked. My friend said nevermind and she was tired of waiting. We walked out and got in the car. The two people who walked in as we walked out was taken care of immediately. I guess we sat on the wrong side of the restaurant, it appears. I am a patient person. Restaurants get busy and things happen. That's cool, but to be walked by to sing with and yell to the teenagers in the booths who were singing and playing around approximately 6-7 times and ignored after he said he'd be right with us was very infuriating. He even went to the bar took a dude's order for a waffle and poured the waffle while we were sitting there. I love Waffle House. I didn't even care when I had eaten at another Waffle House with the employees fighting and throwing stuff at each other. They found the time to take our orders and bring us drinks. To be blatantly ignored is another thing all together. Do better Waffle House.
