Alberto’s is doing what a lot of other local places are doing: keeping cooked burgers (and maybe other things) somewhere and if they need some quickly they warm it up to just above body temperature and make a sandwich. Most customers prefer hot food. It tastes much better. There is nothing more disgusting than cold food that is supposed to be hot! Food: 2
