Longhorn Steakhouse - York

We often visited this restaurant not only for food, but also for PHENOMENAL SERVICE! One of my favorite attizers is the White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms (OMG)! And my other favorite is THE PERFECT and that's it. This is her SIGNATURE MARGARITA. I can't tell you much about her steak how I didn't eat steak? but my husband seems to enjoy it; usually I order the salmon. Finally, while all waiters are attentive, there is one above all that emphasizes under the crowd, BILL! At your next visit you ask to sit in Bill?s section, will you be glad that you?

Tonight. My husband and I decided to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse in York. I ordered a Flos file medium well. When it arrived, it was definitely well done, but it was tender and honest, I'm not a complainer. But I made a comment to my husband, it should be called a new category. Medium NOT made good. Shortly after one of the managers Terry came by to see how everything was. I answered fair. She took a look at my steak and said you ordered well. ..and I actually said no, I ordered medium well, but the steak was tender and I was happy to eat it.? She insisted that the steak be redeemed. She took my steak and not only brought back a new steak, but also an additional baked sweet potato. I feel like this restaurant went beyond and beyond. Thanks Terry and Kelly for a great night. My second steak was indeed PERFECT!! Can't wait to come back.

It's been a while. You changed something in burger meat, it wasn't very good. My steak was excellent. I wouldn't order the burger here. I will say that staff are waiting really great at this point!

I had T-bone steak with steamed broccoli and loaded potato. The steak was good, but the season was too robust and salty it had to go back, but the second time was great. I'm on a low sodium diet and I should have told them. Manager checked me and told her to correct the problem.

I'll give 3-1/2 stars. We've been here several times. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's not. This last time it was not. Our waiter was awful. He was really young, very inattentive and flustered. We had to ask for bread. We got our salads right before our meals came. That's a no-no. He kept flying by our table and completely ignored us. No drink refills. He asked us how we were doing when we were almost finished. My husband's steak was supposed to be medium. It was medium well. My yam was pretty mooshy. My chicken fingers were good. The manager, who was very nice, came around and asked us how things were. We told her. She offered a new steak to my husband, but at that point, he only had four bites of the first steak to eat yet. Other times we've had no issues at all. I guess it's hit or miss. We'll go back because when the food is good, it's really good. As far as employees, well, we'll hope for better next time.
