China Buffet - York

Food is Ok here sushi was a little dry and the hot sour soup a little lacking in zing, but most of the other Chinese dishes were good and it had enough different things to many nearly anyone happy. They make you wear a glove when handing utensils, which was nice. Plenty of shrimp in several ways, helpful and friendly staff, and a real buffet. Place seemed quite popular with locals and visitors, easy to get to and easy to park. Ice tea and the buffet was a modest $15.15.

If you're expecting any shellfish don't. The sushi was bare minimum and I've never seen them served as minis before.Not only were they minins sushi bites but the rice was undercooked. I'm not a fan of negative reviews because I think people want to find something negative anywhere. So that being said I don't write this review lightly. The price for the meal is 12 99 and 1.99 for the beverage. It's the right price for not serving shellfish. The rice as another previously mentioned looked soggy. The lo mein not right. The boneless BBQ spare ribs was dry but the chicken and broccoli was the best. I will not eat there again.

We have had many of friends family or mix of both groups when eating here at China Buffet; All of us patron's have been waiting patiently with this pandemic thing for them to be able to re-open their doors again; We wish Owner their their employee's a safe time while having to wait out this pandemic too, Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Had dinner here as we both wanted Chinese bu couldn’t decide on any one thing. The staff was very nice and personable. The food was ok, there was as much American food as Chinese, if not more. For the price we paid, it was fair. If you like sushi and variations of chicken, this is the place for you.

Hot food is suppose to be Hot!! All the Hot dishes Not half of them! The cold dishes? like Sushi? should be Cold , on ice, Not on A bamboo Cheese Board. luke warm, The price is low , but after a meal here you risk needing to go to the ER! They Have Cray Fish! no one has Cray fish any more! And A really small container of Kimchi that i ate half all by myself the food like the tables Is Stacked on top of itself in tinny heating pans No wonder the Boiling water cant Heat these Pans! Seriously I would Not have ate Hear Again Buy the sale Next Door made me Drive 12 Miles through a november Monsoon!
