This place is fantastic... 2. Visit now and again the food was error-free the pig bell was nicely made and the potatoes and mixed green veg was perfect, you were better than other 2 pubs I tested Lol, the staff was plentiful and manager excellent the Apple crumb amazingly with crumb.

Wow! This pub brings many restaurants to shame! The food is fantastic fresh, delicious, well presented and served by friendly staff! I wish I lived close enough to come here weekly! 10/10!!!

What a nice pub, personal and eating. we were up on Easter Sunday without booking and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. he made space for us and our little dog who enjoyed the tasty he was given. delicious lunch and vegan option also. will be back soon.

Very smart pub! One village three great pubs. The Poppletonians are well served here. Large, attractive pub with seating outside to the front. Lovely, inviting floral displays, always makes a difference to the kerb appeal. Beautiful and spacious inside with high end furniture and decor. Very impressed. More outdoor seating in the beer garden to the rear with parasols and also another sheltered seating area. Attractive planters and pots, someone who loves gardens and flowers works here! Handpulled cask beers were Timothy Taylor's Boltmaker and Leeds Pale Ale. I have been in all the three village pubs and can heartily recommend them all. This one is a very smart pub.
