Caffe Nero - York

This restaurant is excellent. There are plenty of available seats. I appreciate that they open early, as they are likely the only option for breakfast before 8am.

The coffee is delicious, with a pleasant departure from bitterness that makes it enjoyable to drink. Adding a dollop of whipped cream gives it an extra edge. The food is also excellent, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is in a fantastic location with windows offering a great view.

I had a coffee and a Danish bake. beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff. toilet is not good, but space shortage does not help much.

Two young men in their 20s were extremely polite and helpful. When I asked if they could arrange a taxi for me and a companion with a disability, they didn't hesitate. One of the young men, who mentioned he was originally from abroad, was very kind. We were visiting Newcastle at the time.
