Updated. Eating is great. burgers are one of the best in yorba linda. bagels are also delicious. the customer service was much better than this scourge. coffee itself is served by a thermos. several options, including decafe. inside and outside seating are available.

Just watched an employee, Nicola or Nicolette lose her cool. It's busy, today's mothers day, we know. Another customer asked if she had an update on her order? it had been 30 minutes. She was polite about it. The employee proceeded to YELL at her We are busy and it's mothers day! Wow! Could have just checked on her order???? I was sad and embarrassed for her. She ended up asking for a refund, I would too. You don't get my business when you act like that. Nicola then starts yelling and lecturing about wasting food. Thanks Nicola you RUINED everyone's morning and mother's day who had to listen to you and you're bratty responses. Take a walk!

Been coming here for years. Sad to report that this place has gone downhill. Tried to order a bagel without cheese but the cashier did not enter it correctly. I noticed it after the fact and reported it after about 7 minutes. Waited an additional 17 minutes before I gave up. No biggie but I only get 30 minutes for lunch and had waited 24 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager, Salvador then hears this and starts making excuses. Tells me it's my fault cause I did not order correctly. I acknowledge that an error was made. I am just not sure it was mine. As I felt I clearly said no cheese. I was more upset by the manager saying it was my fault. I was kind when I asked for my refund and in no way was rude it disrespectful to the cashier. I just needed to get back to work. Salvador then offered to still give me the food. But I said no. He then laughed and told me people are starving on the street And I should take it. But I don't think he understood that I did not want to continue to wait. As I needed to get back to work. Really disappointed in how I was treated. Local businesses need and deserve our support, but they also need to provide good service. You lost a long time customer today.

My daughters favorite morning spot. Whether we are having a lazy weekend morning or off to a hectic weekend full of basketball... she always wants Avalon. At least once a week! Her all time favorite is the Delux Lox with an everything cheese bagel. My son enjoys the bagel sandwiches. They also make a decent burger if you're in the mood for something heavier. Bagels are nice and fresh... not hard at all, fluffy insides. I like the Jalepeno Everything bagel cuz I just can't live without spice lol. The coffee is decent too. The staff is friendly and it is usually very busy but has a good In Out flow. Inside seating is limited and sometimes has a little wait. There is outside seating available as well.

Dropped in after happily noticing it on my way home from a doctor's appointment.Picked up a dozen bagels with cream cheese for 18.99. The selection was very good, especially considering that it was 2pm on a weekday afternoon. All bagel connoisseurs know you must start early if you want the best selection!Family and I decimated the bagels in less than 48hrs. We WILL definitely return.
