Tacos Gaby - Yelm

My little family loves this place, it's the only place where we go for Mexican food if I don't want to cook it at home. IAM Mexican and California, where we are very pampered with authentic Mexican dishes. One of the things I love in this place is when I taste the Chili Verde plate, the sauce is different every time. That tells me they don't follow a recipe book because the recipe is in their head. #2 is because my husband loves fried fish, and this place serves that it is amazing. #3 I love the coke in the bottles, for some reason it tastes better. We've been here for five years and we're going to go on, we love Tacos Gabby. The only complaint I had is that they don't serve Tripas, that's my favorite on Tacos. Maybe I'll see it after reading in the menu when we're here.

Freaking love this place. Near the Mexico Boarder we were spoiled with authentic Mexican dishes. When we moved to WA, it is very sad that very few places have authentic Mexican foods, but taco gabbys is very close if not almost on most of there foods. The staff has come to know my husband by name as we eat there all the time. Very recommended and I am very picky.

This is a nice little restaurant, small enough to give great service and take the time to do it right. The best Arroz con pollo can be found anywhere in Thurston County. It is not a chain and so is more authentic at home cooking. I tried the ACP in most of the chain Mexican shops, and I thought I would eat rice soup with rubber chickens.

Amazing authentic Mexican food! Amazing staff! I love this place.
