Well, as they're short on the staff, it was a buffet style dinner. Prime Rib was good. I loved the tomato base Gouda red pepper soup. Absolutely delicious! I wanted to hold a star for the buffet and not table service full menu, but it's not her fault that nobody wants to work anymore.

However, recent changes due to the pandemic have altered the dining experience quite a bit. Their offerings have diminished, and reservations are now handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The buffet is rather limited and doesn't provide a wide variety. That said, some of the food is still good, and my family enjoyed the meat selections. The Old Faithful Inn Dining Room remains a wonderful place, and I sincerely hope it can return to the beloved spot I've come to cherish. I have great faith that they can recover and thrive again. It’s clear that the pandemic has impacted not just our lives but also the restaurant industry as a whole.
