Serbskaya Taverna - Yekaterinburg

The restaurant is fantastic. While it may be smaller than some other famous inns, it exudes warmth. With only ten tables, the staff somehow manage to create a sense of privacy while still allowing for interaction with other guests if desired. The waiters are always attentive, yet they also give you the freedom to enjoy your experience in whatever way feels right. The Serbian cuisine served at this establishment is prepared and presented in a way that will leave a lasting impression. The staff are all professionals who treat each guest with special care and attention. They have a knack for recommending the perfect beer or surprising you with a dish you didn't even know you needed. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming, making you feel at home and safe. You can trust that you will have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I give it five stars.

Very simply the best place we visited in Ekaterinburg. The manager is just the most charismatic guy you could meet. He speaks flawless British English and tells jokes that were really on my avenue. The food was excellent and the underground restaurant really felt authentic. It was the one place in Ekaterinburg I felt compelled to write a review. Very good.

Great hosts and authentic food... Awesome survice and cozy place during harsh winter and among grumpy Russian faces we all need a bit of friendly and smile now and then. Platters with variety of meats are enormous, so be aware this would defo feed at least six starving blokes. I would order Ajvar again next time.

Serbians know very well how to run a restaurant. Delicious food, huge portions, impeccable service. A must try it!
