El Palenque Mexican - Yazoo City

Excellent authentic Mexican food. Friendly staff, great place!

Been eating here off and on for 13 years. Decided I have to let this place go and hope they just close down. The owner changes his price or tries to say they charge between 2-5$ service charges when you pay for your food. They are always changing prices. The food is okay but it's not good or great. They are nice people but they have no customer service skills. People keep saying how great this place is food wise but you can make something at home that tastes better and the price isnt worth is. The other 2 Mexican restaurants in town are 100% better in every aspect exspecially food tastes

Honestly I really love this place, food is not only delicious but it also has a very reasonable price. On top of that the staff are some of the most friendliest people in the area and very family positive place to dine at.

Food was not bad, but pretty basic. Service was efficient but not especially friendly. Cute restaurant that will get you fed if you are heading through town

My wife and I have been coming here for years. Good food and good service. I have reviews about rude servers. They are generally busy and sometimes you receive what you give.
