Great food and excellent beer and cider list. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bar staff good service with a smile.

Called into Coldstream Brewery to sample some of their beers. We were glad to see they had tasting paddles where you could taste all their 4 regular beers and both their apple and their pear cider. For a little extra we got to try their seasonal varieties as they were tasty indeed. I liked the refreshing Australian Pale Ale most out this 8 drink collection. If beer ain’t your thing the bar here has an impressive whisky collection that would well be worth a perusal.

Saturday lunch with hubby and baby on a gorgeous day. I had nachos, hubby the ribs (500gm , and fish n chips for bub. We drank Australian Pale Ale and Golden Ale (this one was AMAZING!! .<br/ <br/ The restaurant was busy, staff super friendly, meals huge, served so fast, and beer delicious. Our server was incredibly attentive and very happy to accommodate our baby (who threw food all over the floor! . When you need a change of wine and cheese/dairy, coldstream is a great spot to get some yeast and hops. Cosy warm interior, lots of wood. We got a few tasters on our way. Friendly staff definitely worth a stop while you're visiting the Yarra Valley.
