Bagel Train - Yardley

Only disappointed. I love your bagels. best. speak their hours on Sunday at 6 o'clock open I came around 6 o'clock, left 15 minutes early so I could be there and then go with my goodies working, I come, app says open, door is locked and sign on door says open at 6:30 o'clock! how could you do that and not change your app?.

Call 10 AM reserved six chocolate chip bagels and ask them when they are closing they told me they’re closing 2 PM I got there 1:30 PM walked in asked for my bagels and they did not have them and told me they were closing early and apologized. The mystery is what happened to my bagels??????

Best bagels around PERIOD! Real bagels made the right way. Family run and friendly.

I recently started a new job in which I am doing presentations that include either a continental breakfast or lunch. Stopped into the bagel train probably for the first time in five years. I was the only one in the store and two people were working behind the counter. I asked if the bagels I was ordering could be sliced. The woman behind the counter could not have been more unpleasant when she pointed to a sign that read bagels sliced on demand only when you pre-order. then she continued to complain about how she was understaffed, even though I was the only one in the store at 9:45 AM and there were two people behind the counter. I said perhaps she should offer the service as Dunkin’ Donuts does for a higher price to which I got another nasty reply. And I said to her you know what I probably will go back to Dunkin’ Donuts next time. She got even crankier! And I asked her if she were the owner of this store… her reply was well as a matter of fact I am. I find it hard to believe that this woman is the owner, but if she is now I understand why she’s short staffed….. Who would want to work for someone that had a blatant disregard for her customers and people in general. I will not be back, and I don’t care if I pay more somewhere else I’d rather be treated well!

New Yorkers know bagels, and this is the real thing! Super yummy and family owned. Everything is wonderful.
