We LOVE Chipotle, but not this location. Waited in line 25 minutes. No one even acknowledged I was standing there waiting! No be with you in a minute ...nothing! A guy working in a different area finally cme over and started my 2 chicken bowls order. The meat was cold and they were out of several items. Lots of employees standing around, whole operation seemed very disorganized...total opposite of other locations I have frequented. Yes, this location is somewhat newer, but not so new that this would qualify for a reason to be so dysfunctional! Employees are not friendly either, just kind of like robots, void of friendly expression.

They opened 45 mins late. They still didn't have everything ready. No steak of any kind, no veggies, only white rice and pinto beans. I get the veggie bowl but wanted to try the carne asada, so no steak or veggies and no choices in rice or beans was a huge disappoint especially after sitting outside and waiting for 45 mins.
