We normally stoop in Wytheville on our way south and spend a night by the interstate. This time we stayed in the Bolling-Wilson Hotel and ate at Graze on the Main. Best loaded Brussel Sprouts ever. My wife said her salad was one of her tops as well. My sprouts turned out to be too much and I was not leaving any so I could not eat my wedge salad. I had it for breakfast the next day and it was so good. I highly recommend this even if you have to drive about 3 miles off the interstate. I wish I had tried the carrot cake. Next time though.
