Applebee's Grill - Wytheville

What a great evening. The food was great and the service was even better! We had ribs and bourbon chicken. Both were delicious! And happy hour drinks are good too!

My family and I had a amazing time, an amazing meal , and amazing service as well . The two for 25 deal is a great deal and we can't wait to to go back again.

When we arrived there was a sign that said, Please wait to be seated . So we waited and waited and waited and then my husband asked the bartender if we should just sit anywhere and she very snottily and rudely said, I will be right there.is a minute. She proceeded to pass by empty table after empty table (it was 9:30 at night) and she sat us the very last table by a back door and in front of the bathrooms! It was freezing and it stunk! I figured they only had one server and this was her section so we didn 't complain or asked to be moved. Then several other people came in and they were seated at much nicer tables. I believe she sat us there cause we asked if we could sit anywhere. I tried to talk to her when we on our way to the table and she did not respond to any question I had. She totally ignored me. Then I noticed her boy friend was sitting at the bar. I know it was her boy friend cause she was sitting in his lap and hanging all-over him.

People Act Like they are Eating at 5 Star, Crappy Welcome!!

The waitress, eating and blue mountaineers were all great! but the ventilation on the deck next to a stand before us needed cleaning, and there were dust buns hanging from the deck. I was glad we weren't too close.
