Mcdonald's - Wyre Forest

Went to this macdonalds ordered through the drive thru was really nice people that served us then asked us to wait around the front and food would be brought out as soon as, 15 minutes later and the woman gives us our food and she walks off but as I’m checking through the bag to make sure it was all there they missed a triple cheese burger and our cheese melts, so when the lady was doing another car, I politely said we was missing food and she said she would go and see what’s going on and I said well I hope it ain’t much longer as the food she had already brought out would go cold so the whole order would need to then be replaced which is when she got funny and said I’ll get the manager she was really rude, then came back out and said ain’t got a clue what’s in this bag but take that so I said no point giving me food that you don’t know what’s in there and her attitude was really nasty so I called her a c**t and said I’ll speak with the manager cause she was bang out of order I spoke with the manager and told him the situation and the woman was next to him and said what I called her and he’s like you shouldn’t of said this as she’s really stressed, well to be honest if she’s stressed or not you don’t take it out on customers and then my partner went in and they was really rude to her to in the end we left and the food they giv us was still wrong they even kept the receipt but it’s a joke of a place you spend all that money on food for them to miss items out and be funny when you challenge them never again will I use this macdonalds

When asked if meal contained any cheese, assistant said no. The product did. Not good if you have an intolerance.

Came through the drive through and ordered nuggets and fries. I was told to wait. I sat and waited for 15 minutes and nothing was bought out. So I went inside to complain. After waiting another couple of minutes I was given the food. No apology, just a blank faced manager who didn’t have a clue what she was doing. No food in McDonald’s takes 15 minutes to cook.

Went into drive through got home not what I paid for paid for a double cheeseburger only got a single and the other double asked for no cheese as allergic to dairy so could not eat it and the 3rd item chicken chicken burger they got it right so waisted all money and time and very disappointed don’t think I will return to this Worcester Road Kidderminster store again.

I have been here a few times and they have never got our order correct. Add an extra patty to your McPlant and you will never get it, even though you 've paid extra. But today was exceptionally bad. McPlant please, no salad, just ketchup and cheese please .... they didn 't even put the burger on at all this time!!!! Honestly, to not even put the burger on is just stupid and I am sick of never getting the right order. Come on, it 's really not that hard is it. Why would I order a McPlant if I didn 't even want the burger?! It 's actually so ridiculous, it 's funny.
