Bidrage med feedbackLocated on the second level of the Berkshire Mall (food court). Accessible via stairs, escalators, and elevator. Staff were friendly. Busy as a typical CFA. This one does not have the drive through option, but you are able to order ahead and do carry out on your phone. There is also food court seating avialable. There are other restaurants nearby such as pizza shops, chinese, etc. if someone in your party does not want CFA.Kid-friendliness: There are kids meals available.Parking: Many parking spots available at the Berkshire Mall. If you want to be closer, try to find an entrance labeled food court(if available).Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator that you can take to get to the second level, where the CFA is.
Waited over 15 minutes for a chicken nugget meal for my 12 year old daughter and she had a hole in the cup of her drink and when she went up to get a new one that took her an additional 10 minutes standing in line
The only Chick-fil-A I've ever had a bad experience at. And it's been on several occasions. Tonight was no exception and a reminder of why I need to stop coming here. First they missed some of our food in the order and since we got takeout my poor sister missed out on her supper. Secondly the fries were a limp, mushy pile. And thirdly the Mac and cheese was not the normal creamy deliciousness. It was basically just plain pasta with pieces of shredded cheese spread throughout. Yuck ?. Normally we clean up everything we get at Chick-fil-A, but not tonight. There was lots of food thrown in the trash because that's where it belonged!
Management at this location are the rudest people I ever had interaction with in my life. I have been a corporate manager for years and the so called manager, Valerie, is pompous, condescending and egotistical to the staff and customers. The regional manager really needs to do a serious employee and customer assessment of her abilities and customer service. I see other posts with a one star and it all revolves around Valerie's very poor management skills and especially people interaction skills. When a person believes they are always right in any given situation regardless of the truth there is a serious problem.
General Manager Julie does a great job! Best place to stop in the mall!!
