Wendy's - Wynne

I recently visited this restaurant. Initially, they made a mistake by giving me the wrong drink. When I returned it, the employee asked if I had already taken a sip from it. I assured him that I hadn't, but I still hoped they wouldn't serve it to the intended customer. Furthermore, I realized that my sandwich was made incorrectly as I was driving away. I went back to the drive-thru speaker to inform them about the mistake. They promptly replaced my sandwich when I reached the window. However, as I was about to leave, the employee at the window rudely questioned me about the missing sandwich. I hope they don't give it to someone else by mistake.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is very good.

The staff was really nice an polite even though they were understaffed so waiting was a bit too long .But the worst part was how hot dining area was an not for me I got mine to go but for the staff to be so polite an friendly working in kitchen so very hot !! Please reward them there today for still being loyal workers!! Shannon Leffingwell

The pretzel burger I had was terrible - there was no ketchup or mustard, and it wasn't very good. I suggest they stick to making their good, affordable regular burgers instead. The price was also too high.

The food is delicious and the service is friendly. I have never had any issues with my orders or service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. Thank you for the great service and welcoming atmosphere from all the staff.
