We got the Plan A and couldn't have imagined how much great meat we got for our investment. Everything we have had so far has been amazing. We have already recommended them to multiple friends and family.

I know meat. Been a home chef for years, and have had steaks and chops throughout the country as a traveling consultant. I go out of my way to find reliably high quality, fresh cuts that would be at home in major meat-cult spots like Sugarfire, Doe's Eat Place, TJ Ribs, 677 Prime and Black Bleu here in town, and out in Las Vegas. I used to be a regular customer at Primal, and while those guys are still wonderful, this spot... ladies and gentlemen... is the real deal.I don't know where they get it. Local farms, backrooms, and the protein black market maybe... but the cuts here are absolutely to die for. Chicken breasts! Who makes boneless chicken breasts that get people riled up?! These guys. The chops are fresh, hand-sliced, chilled properly, and come to you soft as if they had wet brined overnight. Their rubs and sauces are fantastic, and offer more of a sauce of the week rather than a buffet of obligatory flavors. Chicken bratwurst was bursting with savory flavor, if you're reining in the red meat.But oh, the red meat. My fiancée has renounced all other bacon, save for the magical farm bacon from Bob (Bacon Santa) in Rotterdam. Their pork sausage is outright sage black magic, but it's the steak here that really sings. Rib Eye to die for, but it was the beef tenderloin at Xmas that became Beef Wellington that made us true believers. The proprietor of this establishment is running a quiet gem of a charcuterie and chop house that may be one of Capitaland's best secrets, likely not for long.Can't wait to get a big ol' brisket flat from these folks this summer to break in our new offset smoker.Come to sleepy Wynantskill and give them a try. You'll see why.

Bought a meat package everything so good and tender

Got 4 filet mignons they look amazing, everyone so nice and helpful. Well needed to edit this, cooked filets amazing, my daughter who loves bread said she forgot to eat her bread because meat was so awesome! Thank you
