We did not stay at the hotel but the restaurant service is not great! The food is fantastic. The service is a lot like a diner nothing personal and as if they don’t care. and that is a shame for the chef. Noteworthy details: Great spot. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic

We went to the restaurant on a Sunday and they were offering Sunday lunch. We were hoping for something light to eat but ended up having a full meal instead. The service was friendly and the location was great. We sat outside and had a relaxing and enjoyable time. We overheard a customer complimenting the waitress on how perfect his beef was, saying it was the best he had ever had. It seemed like everyone enjoyed their meals, although we had already eaten a full English breakfast earlier. Service: 4 Location: 5.

Popped into Russell's for a mid morning coffee whilst visiting Broadway. One of the nicest Latte coffee I have had. Would highly recommend. Excellent service. Service: 5 Location: 5
