Staff are mega, always sweet and polite. All the thumbs up. Unfortunately, the quality of the baked goods has dropped completely. It could be so tasty, but the rolls are pappy and my frying bread was drowned in Remoulade. We're not going there anymore, as sorry as I am.

Actually, a very nice team that is out of store manager, as they are very rude, cheeky and I feel like if she would pick up the customers that you want to serve. I come by almost every day to buy my busy bread, so I ask myself very often, Why does she have no mask on and the other staff already and is that even a branch manager because she is very often gone or not in the store, because the other staff often have so much to do and don't come behind, so ask other customers where she is and always doesn't seem to be there? As I said, this is a very nice and friendly team, the prices and offers are acceptable. Actually a very nice team, the industry manager excluded because she is very rude, cheeky and it seems to me as if she would choose the customers she would like to serve. I come by there almost every day to buy my sandwich, so I often ask myself why she doesn't have a mask on and the other employees do and is that even a branch manager because she's away very often or not in the store , because the other employees often have so much to do and can't keep up, other customers ask where she is and she always doesn't seem to be there, what is that please!?? Brötchen were dry otherwise and still breeled in the mouth. (almost swallowed). They only took the rolls, so I can only judge the rolls.
