Whitaker Square Pizza - Ws

I have to give this place one star as we have had 2 poor experiences with ordering. The first occurred a couple of months ago where our order got mixed up. I just chalked it up to a one-off; it happens. Yesterday, I tried order online. Their online ordering app took the order even though the restaurant was closed. I was a little distracted trying to keep an eye on kids. As soon as I hit the order button, I saw that the order was for the following day. The app randomly assigned a pick up time of 3:30 today. There was no way to undo the order. So instead of being a convenient dinner option on a busy workday, I had find another dinner option, then take time out of my workday today to pickup food that I didn't need or want. I tried to call earlier in the day, but of course WSP doesn't open until 3, and I was in a meeting at 3. I shared my feedback with one of the employees, and he said he knew about the app issue as he had received similar feedback from other customers. Then he said he was sorry. So am I. Next time I'll go to Burke Street; customer experience is much better there.

They Offer A Verity Of Specialty Pizzas With Different Topping And Different Signature Sauces..If You Want To Try A Non-Boring Pizza This Is Your Place!!2Night I Went With A Old School Favorite Half Cheese/ Half Pepperoni And Wasn't Disappointed In Tha Least!!!Ill Definitely Be Returning To Try The Variety Of Things They Have Im A Foodie And Excited To Try Everything Lol..Thank You For The Amazing Friendly Service And GOOD FOOD...

When they first opened, we really enjoyed their pizza. We picked up a few times during Covid and noticed a change for the worse so we took a few years off. We retried it last night and were incredibly disappointed. We spent over $80 on garlic knots and three pizzas that were overcooked and chewy. The chicken Caesar pizza was a joke barely finished one piece and had to throw rest away. It was gross and inedible. The buffalo chicken pizza tasted fine if we could get through the crust. The only saving grace were the garlic knots. Such a huge waste of money and left 7 people very unhappy. As my daughter said, we should have went with Pizza Greco. Lesson learned.
