Opening the bag is like opening a box of chocolates, You never know who's order your receiving,and the managers , Don't even care, and there attitudes says it all.If you like to have your food replaced over and over for free, Please visit this location.but your order still will not be right.I wish anyone that chooses to try this location ,, GOOD LUCK,,, Because that's what your gonna need to get your order right. Go in early 5am morning, guaranteed to mess the order up and then replace it over and over for free with an attitude.Ordering from this location,is like getting free food for life, except you have to accept, The fact,that it's somebody's else order, you just received. If they wore name tags I could tell you there names.After reading all the reviews,This location needs someone from Corporate to come unannounced, and observe this restaurant,and then you will truly understand all of the negative reviews. ......And also you have to ask for your receipt,They don't want you to complain about,Your Bojangles experience,,And corporate refuses to respond to any complaints anyway.THIS Bojangles at 1375 GLENN CENTER DRIVE in Kernersville N.C. had a SANITATION RATING OF 87 (EIGHTY SEVEN (B An 87 rating from the health department for a Bojangles is extremely low for such a famous restaurant.This is a (B rating from the Health Department . An 87 (EIGHTY SEVEN Is extremely low for any Restaurant . This Bojangles is now Famous for the lowest food rating in ANY restaurant in Kernersville N.C. Try this Bojangles at your own Health risk. As of April 3,2024,This Bojangles was RE INSPECTED and went from an 87 to a 85.5,This sanitation inspection was worst than the last one,Did they not clean up in preparations for this past inspection,evidently not,because your rating is lower now, than it was a month ago.This Bojangles has a (B rating from the health department,When a restaurant receives a (B rating, this means the restaurant did not meet. MINIMUM HEALTH STANDARDS. Again, eat at this Bojangles at your own HEALTH RISK. The only reason you got 1 star,Is because there isn't an option to give negative stars, I'm actually misleading potential customers,by giving you 1 star,You actually earned negative stars,, There's just not a option,for me to give you negative stars,,,Which is what you actually earned,over and over and over Again. They have messed up just that bad,,,, PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS ,,,,How is it that EVERYBODY that visits this Location,,,, ALWAYS has some type of PROBLEM.on a DAILY basis. Incompetent drive thru people. Was given a wrong side and no dipping sauce. Service is steadily declining at this location.
As I write this I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line going on 27 mins…… 5 other cars parked and waiting for almost as long as me. I know food takes time to cook but it’s 6pm and you don’t have any food cooked for dinner time? No apologies from anyone or offers of compensation for waiting almost half an hour wait in a drive thru. Bad attitude and air pods in the ear are not acceptable even for fast food. Very poor management. Can’t expect greatness from employees if managers can’t lead by example. Good reviews here are only written by employees bc they happen only after a bad review.
It was a bit greasy but great and speedy service. Took at least 5 minutes from when I got in to get someone at the counter
I came to this restaurant last night to pick up a Uber eats order. At the time of my pick up, they were waiting on chicken, because ironically, four other people had ordered chicken boxes. At the time I was picking up my Uber eats order which was a chicken box. Although you could visibly see that the young men working last night were overwhelmed. They all still kept a high level of professionalism and communicated with the customers. Their professionalism and communication added to the pleasant experience that I had but it really was the way they way they dealt with a rude customer while I was in the store. If you’ve ever been inside of this, Bojangles, when people order on the speaker outside, you can hear them inside the store. There was a man who came through the drive-through, and I’m not sure if he was under the influence or just being a mean person to these young men. The way he spoke to the young man on the speaker was repulsive he began to yell and become irate with the employees. That situation took a lot of maturity and patience, but the young man on the headset handled the customer very well. It was good to see young men, and especially young men of color, not fall into a stereotype in that moment. I was proud of them as another young black man, but also someone who has worked in customer service for almost 10 years. Kudos to all that worked last night!
